1. About Curista

Curista is an online software platform that helps users generate professionally structured AI prompt suites for invitation design and related creative workflows.

Curista provides creative tools and prompt generation services. Users remain responsible for how they use any generated content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Curista.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

Curista provides access through one-time purchases or other pricing models displayed at checkout.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Curista does not store your full payment information.

Access is granted after successful payment.

5. License

When you purchase Curista, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal or business purposes.

You may use prompts and generated outputs to create your own client work or products.

You may not:

• Resell Curista access.
• Share your account.
• Redistribute Curista's proprietary prompt library.
• Copy substantial portions of the software.
• Create a competing service using Curista's proprietary content.

6. Intellectual Property

Curista, including its software, interface, branding, workflow design, prompt architecture, graphics, and original content, is owned by Curista and protected by intellectual property laws.

Ownership of Curista remains with Curista.

Generated content belongs to the user, subject to any third-party AI platform terms that may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security measures.
• Reverse engineer the software.
• Interfere with other users.
• Upload malicious code.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest Curista content.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. AI-Generated Content

Curista generates prompts and creative guidance using artificial intelligence.

Because AI-generated content may vary, Curista does not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Originality
• Legal compliance
• Trademark availability
• Copyright eligibility

9. Availability

We strive to keep Curista available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

10. Updates

Curista may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve the platform.

These updates may occur without prior notice.

11. Refund Policy

Because Curista provides immediate access to digital software after purchase, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law.

12. Disclaimer

Curista is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific business results
• Increased sales
• Compatibility with third-party AI platforms

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Curista during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• The Service is abused.
• Required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of Curista after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
